Rental Unit Policy
Rental Units and the surrounding grounds will be spotless upon arrival. If there is a problem with your Rental Unit or campsite, please report any concerns to the Camp Store immediately. A $75.00 cash security deposit will be required upon arrival. The Rental Unit will be inspected for cleanliness and damage prior to your departure. We expect that the Rental Unit and surrounding grounds will be left as clean as you found them. The following items will be in the camper for cleaning: broom & dust pan, mop & bucket, vacuum and various cleaning supplies.

*One must be at least 25 years old to reserve a rental unit.

*One family or 4 unrelated people per rental unit.

What We Provide:

• Fully Functional Unit - air conditioning/heat, running hot & cold water, full bathroom (toilet, shower/tub, sink), gas stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker with filters, dishes, silverware, glassware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, dish towel, dish cloth, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, salt & pepper, 1 garbage bag/day, 2 rolls toilet paper, 1 roll paper towels.
  
• Television with cable, VCR and DVD Player.
  
• Picnic Table & Fire ring.
• Mattresses that are commercially covered.

What You Need To Bring:

• Bedding--sheets, blankets, pillows, sleeping bags. If desired, mattress pad.
• Towels, toiletries.
• Food.

Other Important Information:

• A signed agreement must accompany the $75 cash security deposit.
• No smoking is permitted in the Rental Unit.
• Pets are allowed, but there will be an additional fee added to the security deposit ($25.00). Your deposit will only be returned to you in full, if the Rental Unit and grounds are left as you found them.
• All campground rules need to be adhered to that are outlined in "Guidelines For An Enjoyable Stay".

East Oak Lane 2: Sleeps 7 - 8. "Park Model" - Newly Renovated!
Sleeping Arrangements: 1st bedroom - double bed; 2nd bedroom - 3 bunk beds with extra single mattress.
1 fold out couch in the living room, (queen-size).
Large deck.

East Oak Lane 6: Sleeps 2 - 4. "Park Model"
Sleeping Arrangements: 1 bedroom - double bed.

West Oak Lane 2: Sleeps 5 - 7. "Park Model" - Newly Renovated!
Sleeping Arrangements: 1st bedroom - double bed; 2nd bedroom - 2 bunk beds.

West Oak Lane 9: Sleeps 6. "Park Model"
Sleeping Arrangements: 1st bedroom - double bed; 2nd bedroom - 2 bunk beds.
