Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in time: 2:00-10:00 p.m. Check-out time: before noon.
Campsites: $1.00/hour additional charge per person before 2:00 p.m. check-in or after noon check out.
Rental Units: $10.00/hour before 2:00 p.m. check-in or after noon check-out.
Reservations:
Contact us via email, fax, or phone. Once we confirm your reservation, we must receive a deposit within 5 business days.

Deposit:
The amount equal to one nights stay. Checks and money orders accepted via mail. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) and debit cards can be processed over the phone.

Final Payment:
Due upon arrival. We will accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, money orders, debit card or cash. No checks.
Cancellations:
Deposits will be refunded minus a $15.00 processing fee if we are notified more than 2 weeks prior to arrival. No refunds for cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival date. Cancellation fee for rental units is $25 and $50 for race/holiday weekends.
Seasonal Site Rate:
Seasonal Rates: $2200.00** (Cable is an additional $150 and electric
is billed based on usage)
Season: April 27 to October 28, 2012
November 1 to April 30 -- free storage, with a signed contract.
** Additional expenses will be accrued if the campsite is used before
or after established seasonal dates.
