What's New for 2011:

Activity Schedule: We are adding Race For The Cure and Fall Festival themed weekends.

Pool: New wading pool and new pool lounge chairs.

Rec Hall: A covered outdoor seating area has been added over the side entrance.

New Landscaping: Pull-thru sites and common area near store, rec hall and bathhouse.

What Was New for 2010:

Activity Schedule: We are expanding our weekend activity schedule to include: children's story & craft for 3 and 4 year olds, palates, adult crafts, horseshoes & Wii tournaments. Plus, we will be adding to the geocaching graze with own very own cache.

Themed Weekends: We will continue our successful themed weekends, including the Chili Cook-off, Yard sale/Alex's Lemonade Stand, Christmas in July, Death by Chocolate, Man's Best Friend, Chinese Auction, Oktoberfest, and Halloween. Each year, these events get bigger and better. We will be adding: Fun 'N Games, Pirates Weekend and Share Your Soup.

Facility Improvements: New horseshoe pits.

Preferred Value Tickets: Tickets will be available for purchase to Camelbeach and Shawnee Festivals.

What Was New for 2009:

Sites: 15 new full hook-up seasonal sites.

Roads: The entrance/exit road has been widened to accommodate all the "Big Rigs".

Rental Units: These units will see small renovations, other than East Oak Lane 2, which will be getting a major makeover.

Dog Run: A place for all of "man's best friends" to play and make friends.

Activities: We will be adding a Scavenger Hunt, Oktoberfest and Halloween crafts/games/trick or treating.

What Was New in 2008:

Sites: 13 new full hook-up sites. Six of which are wooded pull-thrus.

Themed Weekends: Tie Dye, Christmas in July, and Yard Sale.

Activities: Expansion of organized activities to offer more crafts, candy BINGO and a 50-50 Raffle.

Facilities: Completion of the finishing details on most of the facilities and continued improvement of the courtyard between the Camp Store, Indoor Entertainment Center and Bathhouse.

What Was New in 2007:

Activities: Organized Activities which include Crafts for Kids (3-12 years of age), Guided Nature Trail Walk, Movies for children & adults and Bingo.

Guest Services: "Pots & Pans Stand" to allow easy cleaning of dishes and cookware, with unlimited hot water and a dish drainer for easy drying.

Pool: New sitting area poolside to accommodate sun lovers.

Water Supply: New Well/filtering system to ensure adequate water for those busy weekends.

Internet: (1) WiFi giving you the convenience of hopping on the internet at anytime-day or night; and (2) Computers in the Indoor entertainment Center to search the internet or check your e-mail.

Sites: (1) All pull-thru sites are newly leveled and landscaped; and (2) Continuous development of wooded seasonal sites, for those of you who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the real world.

Mt. Pocono: Gambling/Slot machines are slated to be up and running by fall of 2007 at Mt. Airy, which less than 3.5 miles from the campground.

Sites: All Pull-thru sites have been leveled and landscaped.

Indoor Entertainment Center: Finishing touches include--trim, wainscotting, gates to keep the little ones safe. New Magatouch.

Facilities: New siding will garnish the laundry room and pool house.

Pool: The pool area boasts a new fence and has been enlarged to accommodate more fun in the sun.

Sites: Pull-through sites have been redesigned and leveled.

Laundry Room: featuring three new washers and dryers and a folding area.

Bathhouse: has been newly painted, new doors, vanity area in the women's bath, benches for dressing, new mirrors.

Road: Entry/Exit road has been significantly widened.

Indoor Entertainment Center: Addition of a card/game room, a fitness room-filled with cardiovascular & strength training equipment and a library-stocked with books and magazines that will entice one and all.

What Was New in 2003:

Facilities: We worked hard in the off-season to put the finishing touches on our new facilities-- Trading Post/Welcome Center, Indoor Entertainment Center and Restrooms. A play area for little ones is tucked into a corner of the Indoor Entertainment Center. New landscaping will invite you to stop and smell the flowers!

Services: Internet availability to check e-mail or surf the web.

What Was New in 2002:

New Managers: Scott and Debbie Roberts, brother and sister, are enthusiastic and hard working. They plan on spending countless hours improving the existing campsite. Their goal is to make your time with us fun and enjoyable.

Recreation Hall: Totally renovated. It offers 3 pool tables, 2 ping-pong tables, arcades, large screen TV viewing area, and a seating area for playing cards or board games.

New Public Bathrooms and Individual Shower Rooms: Handicapped accessible. The new facility houses public restrooms and 10 individual shower rooms - equipped with shower, toilet and sink.

Trading Post & Welcoming Center: The old bathhouse has been renovated into a state of the art "Trading Post" and Welcoming Center. Have all your questions answered by their friendly family. The Trading Post is stocked with all the needed necessities: groceries, ice, LP gas, firewood and a few souvenirs.

New Landscaping, along with Road Improvements: The Welcome Center/Trading Post is connected to the entrance by the Recreation Hall by a large sweeping deck. Come spend the lazy days of summer sipping freshly brewed coffee (or lemonade) and reading your favorite book. Finding your campsite will be easy, with new camp signs & newly gravel-packed roads.

Pool Resurface and All New Lounging Area: A new pool heater and filtration system has been installed. The pool surface is also totally re-faced. Concrete sidewalks and new furniture surround the pool to provide the prime location for catching those "rays".
