Rental Unit Details:
Camper Rentals and the surrounding grounds will be spotless upon arrival. If there is a problem with your Camper Rental or campsite, please report any concerns to the Camp Store immediately. A $75.00 cash security deposit will be required upon arrival. The Camper Rental will be inspected for cleanliness and damage prior to your departure. We expect that the Camper Rental and surrounding grounds will be left as clean as you found them. The following items will be in the camper rental for cleaning: broom & dust pan, Swiffer, vacuum and various cleaning supplies.
*One must be at least 25 years old to reserve a camper rental .
*One family or 4 unrelated people per camper rental .
What We Provide:
Fully Functional Unit - air conditioning/heat, running hot & cold water, full bathroom (toilet, shower/tub, sink), electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker with filters, dishes, silverware, glassware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, dish towel, dish cloth, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, salt & pepper, 1 garbage bag/day, 2 rolls toilet paper, 1 roll paper towels.
Flat Screen Television with cable, DVD Player.
Deck.
Picnic Table & Fire ring.
Mattresses that are commercially covered.
What You Need To Bring:
Bedding--sheets, blankets, pillows, sleeping bags. If desired, mattress pad.
Towels, toiletries.
Food.
Other Important Information:
A signed agreement must accompany the $75 cash security deposit. Your deposit will only be returned to you in full, if the Camper Rental and grounds are left as clean you found them.
No smoking is permitted in the Camper Rental .
Pets are allowed. A $25.00 Cash Cleaning Fee per Pet is due at registration, unrefundable.
All campground rules need to be adhered to that are outlined in "Guidelines For An Enjoyable Stay".
