A Few Things That We Are Looking To Do For 2022:

Community Herb Garden. 

Pool:  new pool heater, shaded gazebo on upper deck to accomodate everyone's needs. 

Rec Hall:  finish decorating, for a welcoming experience.

Camp Store:  new fountain in front honoring our veterans and active military. In addition, to another fountain in the courtyard behind the camp store. 


What's New For 2021:

Rental Units:  easy-ups to provide shade and shelter for East Oak Lane 2, 6, & West Oak Lane 10.  

Sites:  upgrade full hook-up sites - Meadows 1 & 2, Mt. Top Trail 12 & 13. 

Rec Hall: new eliptical machine, in fitness room. New addtional bookcases to accomodate all those great books for all ages.

Pool:  new stairs connecting lower and upper decks. 

Activities:  our very own "Build A Bear". 


What's New For 2020:

Rec Hall:  all new paint & trim, new foam flooring for fitness room and new laminate flooring for card room & library, freshly painted concrete cement floor downstairs.  

Pavilion:  new electric to handle all those crockpots for our activities. 

Camp Store:  new air conditioner, to make your shopping experience comfortable. 

Seasonal Cedar Circle Sites:  all new electric service. 


What's New For 2019:

Rental Units:  West Oak Lane 10 - gets a new deck, new kitchen, new furniture and a facelift.  

Pavilion:  painted, side panals that allow it to be used in all types of weather, a new deck that over looks the pool. 

Pinic Tables: the start of a big project to repair, clean, sand, paint and stain.

Camp Store:  new deck furniture, so more time can be spent enjoying the views. 


What's New For 2018:

Rental Units:  Cedar Circle 1 - total bathroom renovation.  

Pool:  New Iron fence installed, along with a decorative retaining wall. 


What's New For 2017:

Rental Units: West Oak Lane 2 has a fresh coat of paint and new trim. East Oak Lane 2 & 6 receive their finishing touch with trim. Cedar Circle 1 receives a new kitchen and lots of new furniture.

Landscaping: New paver patio connects the Camp Store, Bathhouse and Rec Hall. New seating areas provide a place to enjoy and relax.

Equipment: Newer and bigger skidsteer. New pool heater.

Rec Hall: New furniture, rug and game space.

Facilities: New exterior for the wood shed adjacent to Rec Hall.

Roads: Dainage ditches in Upper Cedar Circle, Lower Mt. Laurel Lane and East Oak Lane.


What's New For 2016:

Rental Unit: West Oak Lane 9 is totally renovated and now has a covered deck.

Landscaping: Pine boards hide the cement block in the pool and playground area.

Roads: Entrance road gets even wider.


What's New For 2015:

Rental Units: East Oak Lane 6 gets a kitchen makeover. West Oak Lane 2 is renovated.

Seasonal Sites: 4 new wooded sites. All new water and electric (20 & 30 amp) for tent sites in Spruce Trail.

Wood Shed/Convenient Propane Pumping Station, adjacent to the Indoor Entertainment Center.

Off-Season Security Gate installed at the entrance.


What's New For 2014:

Rental Units: East Oak Lane 6 is renovated.

Roads: New drainage ditches to harness those heavy rains.

Landscaping: All flower beds were topped with decorative stone.


What's New For 2013:

Landscaping: All new in the common areas - pool parking area, playground and horseshoe pits.

Rental Units: New furniture, upgrading to flat screen TV's.

What's Was New for 2012:

Pool: Increased deck size.

Playground: Increased play space. Added a toddler area, with new equipment.

Horseshoe Pits: "Official" pits, with decking.

Quoit Pits: Added temporary pits, permanent pits in 2013.


What's Was New for 2011:

Rec Hall: A covered outdoor seating area has been added over the side entrance.

New Landscaping: Pull-thru sites and common area near store, Indoor Entertainment Center and Bathhouse.


What Was New for 2010:

Facility Improvements: New horseshoe pits.


What Was New for 2009:

Sites: 15 new full hook-up seasonal sites.

Roads: The entrance/exit road has been widened to accommodate all the "Big Rigs".

Rental Units: These units will see small renovations, other than East Oak Lane 2, which will be getting a major makeover.

Dog Run: A place for all of "man's best friends" to play and make friends.


What Was New in 2008:

Sites: 13 new full hook-up sites. Six of which are wooded pull-thrus.

Facilities: Completion of the finishing details on most of the facilities and continued improvement of the courtyard between the Camp Store, Indoor Entertainment Center and Bathhouse.


What Was New in 2007:

Guest Services: "Pots & Pans Stand" to allow easy cleaning of dishes and cookware, with unlimited hot water and a dish drainer for easy drying.

Pool: New sitting area poolside to accommodate sun lovers.

Water Supply: New Well/filtering system to ensure adequate water for those busy weekends.

Internet: (1) WiFi giving you the convenience of hopping on the internet at anytime-day or night; and (2) Computers in the Indoor entertainment Center to search the internet or check your e-mail.

Sites: (1) All pull-thru sites are newly leveled and landscaped; and (2) Continuous development of wooded seasonal sites, for those of you who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the real world.

Mt. Pocono: Gambling/Slot machines are slated to be up and running by fall of 2007 at Mt. Airy, which less than 3.5 miles from the campground.


What Was New in 2006:

Sites: All Pull-thru sites have been leveled and landscaped.

Indoor Entertainment Center: Finishing touches include--trim, wainscoting. New Magatouch.

Facilities: New siding will garnish the laundry room and pool house.

Pool: The pool area boasts a new fence and has been enlarged to accommodate more fun in the sun.


What Was New in 2005:

Sites: Pull-through sites have been redesigned and leveled.

Laundry Room: featuring three new washers and dryers and a folding area.

Bathhouse: has been newly painted, new doors, vanity area in the women's bath, benches for dressing, new mirrors.

Road: Entry/Exit road has been significantly widened.


What Was New in 2004:

Indoor Entertainment Center: Addition of a card/game room, a fitness room-filled with cardiovascular & strength training equipment and a library-stocked with books and magazines that will entice one and all.

Facilities: A new pool house encloses the heater and filters.


What Was New in 2003:

Facilities: We worked hard in the off-season to put the finishing touches on our new facilities-- Office/Camp Store, Indoor Entertainment Center and Bathhouse. A play area for little ones is tucked into a corner of the Indoor Entertainment Center. New landscaping will invite you to stop and smell the flowers!

Services: Internet availability to check e-mail or surf the web.


What Was New in 2002:

New Managers/Owners: We are enthusiastic and hard working. They plan on spending countless hours improving the existing campground. Their goal is to make your time fun and enjoyable.

Recreation Hall: Totally renovated. It offers 3 pool tables, 2 ping-pong tables, arcades, large screen TV viewing area and toddler play area.

New Public Bathrooms and Individual Shower Rooms: The new facility houses public restrooms with sinks and toilets and 8 individual shower rooms. Two shower rooms contain a tub shower combo.

Office/Camp Store: The old bathhouse has been renovated into a state of the art Office/Camp Store. Have all your questions answered by their friendly family. The Camp Store is stocked with all the needed necessities: groceries, ice, LP gas, firewood and a few souvenirs.
